摘要固体火箭发动机过载条件下,发动机内的推进剂结构性能可能会发生变化,导致爆炸事件,应尽量避免此类事件的发生。本论文设计了一种空气炮测量装置用于检测在加速度过载条件下推进剂结构性能的变化。本文对发动机加速度过载试验进行了测试台架设计和测试系统设计。论文对带线式测量和存储式测量两种测量方法进行了充分论证,选择了较易实现的带线式测量进行测试系统的设计,同时在改进方案中对存储式测量电路进行了初步探讨以便后续研究。本文所设计的空气炮测量装置具有结构简单、安装方便、安全、节能、压力可调、过压保护、防撞击等优点,满足实际工作的需要。9989

Title Engine overloading test and the research of the method of measurement system
Abstract
In the conditions of solid rocket motor overload, the performance and structure of the motor’s propellant may change, leading to the bombings. Such incidents should be avoided. This article intends to design an air gun device to detect the structural integrity of propellant in the conditions of acceleration overload and test the contingency degree of propellant. The design is pided into the test rig design and test system design. This article discusses two methods of measurements, the measurements of the strip line and the storage-type, this article adopts the measurement of the strip line, while the measurement of the strip line is initially explored in the improvement program in order to follow-up study. The design of air gun has advantages of simple structure, easy installation, and safety, energy, pressure adjustable over voltage protection and anti-collision.
