本文主要对北京集智达的8017与8024DDC 控制器做了相应的介绍,在具体研究方面,主要是利用CS4000实验系统做了单容和双容水箱对象特性测试实验,单容和双容水箱液位 PID 控制实验,单回路流量 PID 控制实验和双容水箱液位串级PID控制实验。实验过程中涉及到液位控制、控制软件的使用、PID算法、传感器和调节阀等一系列的知识,作为水箱液位控制系统,其控制方式采用了 PID算法,控制核心为北京集智达的 8017 与 8024DDC 进行 A / D 和 D / A 转换,调节阀为电动调节阀。选用以上的器件设备、控制方案和算法等,是为了能最大限度地满足系统对诸如控制精度、调节时间和超调量等控制品质的要求。 10052

Abstract
This article mainly introduces the micro-controller, 8017 and 8024DDC of
Beijing JZD. In aspect of study, we use CS4000 System to test the
characteristic of single-tank and double-tank objects and do PID-control
experiment of single-tank and double-tank. A single circuit-flow PID
experiment and a double-tank liquid-level-control experiment are carried
out on the same platform. During the experiment, knowledge of level
control, usage of control software, PID algorithm, sensors is included.
As the control core of the system, PID algorithm is applied. 8017 and
8024DDC execute the A/D and D/A conversion. The Regulating valve is
electrical motivated. We choose the above equipments, control method and
algorithm to meet the demand of the system, such as accuracy, adjustment
time, and overshoot.
