摘要随着科学技术的快速发展,社会对产品的要求也越来越高。各种精密器件需求增加,这就使得我们对制造产品的机器要求越高。而步进电机恰好有运行平稳、低噪音、响应快、使用寿命长、高输出扭矩和控制误差小的特点。步进电机必将会在国民生产起到越来越大的作用。
本设计从工作特性的角度对步进电动机进行了简要分析,并在以单片机为控制核心的基础上针对步进电动机的数字控制提供了一种切实可行的方案。该控制方案充分利用集成电路相对于传统控制电路的优势,在同等控制功能的情况下简化控制电路。该系统操作方便,具有可视化和即时性特点。可实现对步进电动机位置的精确控制,并能对步进电动机进行在线操作。10167

Title The Design of Control System of Stepper Motor Based on Single-chip Microcomputer
Abstract
With the rapid development of science and technology, social requirements of products are getting higher and higher. Increased demand for a variety of sophisticated devices requires the machine manufacturing products to be better. The stepper motor has just ran a smooth, low noise, fast response, long life, high output torque and control the characteristics of error. Stepper motor in the national product will play an increasingly important role.
This design briefly analyzes the work characteristics of stepper motors and provides a practical solution for the digital control of stepper motors based on single-chip microcomputer. This control system takes full advantage of integrated circuit(IC) relative to traditional control circuit, and simplifies the control circuit while receive the same control function. The system is easy to operate. The position of stepper motor can be controlled accurately based with the visualization and real-time features.At the same time,the users can operate the stepper motors online.
