The Design of The Intelligent Constant Mix Water Valve Controller
Abstract: In order to quickly and conveniently to adjust and control the temperature of the water, this paper designed an intelligent mix water valve. The mix water valve is based on single chip microcomputer AT89C51 as the core controller to SCM smallest system design, the design mainly includes the temperature acquisition, temperature control, temperature display and setting threshold and alarm etc. Several modules.Temperature can be set by buttons need when using, and then through DS18B20 temperature sensor to detect the temperature of the inlet of hot and cold water and mix water outlet temperature, monitoring results will be transmitted to the controller, pass by single-chip computer analysis and comparison and issued a command, so that the stepper motor rotate to adjust the proportion of the inlet pipe of hot and cold water to get the ideal temperature of the water. Results show that the adjustment, stable operation, adjustment of high precision, good real-time performance, simple operation, low cost and wide application.

引言
随着通信与信息科学技术、智能控制技术等的不断发展与进步，其技术含量及复杂程度也越来越高。智能化开始逐渐融入到各行各业以及我们生活中的方方面面，无论是在工业生产中还是日常生活中，智能化的设备已经琳琅满目无所不在。 智能化嫣然已经成了一种趋势。
智能恒温混水阀是智能化进程中的一种产物，可以应用于工业生产中的微生物发酵、生活中的家用热水器等方面，用来自动调节水的温度。之前所需理想的水的温度都是依靠人工手动机械式去调节冷热水的比例来得到，而这种方式操作极为不便,耗费时间长且误差较大。
本文设计出一种智能型的混水阀来解决这些问题。用户可以根据需要调节自己所需的出水温度，该温度可以迅速达到并保持该温度值稳定，由于该温度值不受水温、流量、水压变化的影响，因此能够很好的解决用户在使用热水器时出水忽冷忽热的问题；且当冷水或热水中断时，混水阀可以在几秒钟之内自动关闭热水，起到安全保护的作用。
