摘 要:为了方便且快捷地对水的温度的进行调节和控制,本文设计了一种智能型的混水阀。该混水阀是以单片机AT89C51为核心控制器来设计单片机最小系统,该设计主要包括温度采集、系统控制、温度显示和温度阈值设置及报警等几个模块。使用时可以通过按键设置需要的温度,然后经过DS18B20温度传感器来检测进水口冷热水的温度和出水口混水的温度,将监测结果传送给控制器,经过单片机分析比较并发出命令,从而使步进电机转动来调节进水管冷热水的比例以此得到理想温度的水。调试结果表明,运行稳定,调节精度高,实时性好,操作简单,成本低且应用广泛。

The Design of The Intelligent Constant Mix Water Valve Controller
Abstract: In order to quickly and conveniently to adjust and control the temperature of the water, this paper designed an intelligent mix water valve. The mix water valve is based on single chip microcomputer AT89C51 as the core controller to SCM smallest system design, the design mainly includes the temperature acquisition, temperature control, temperature display and setting threshold and alarm etc. Several modules.Temperature can be set by buttons need when using, and then through DS18B20 temperature sensor to detect the temperature of the inlet of hot and cold water and mix water outlet temperature, monitoring results will be transmitted to the controller, pass by single-chip computer analysis and comparison and issued a command, so that the stepper motor rotate to adjust the proportion of the inlet pipe of hot and cold water to get the ideal temperature of the water. Results show that the adjustment, stable operation, adjustment of high precision, good real-time performance, simple operation, low cost and wide application.
