摘要目前,镁合金的疲劳性能已被广泛研究,但主要是对通过ECAP等方法细化晶粒的镁合金进行研究。对此,本论文主要研究通过变面轧制的方法处理后的AZ31镁合金的疲劳性能。对初始挤压态AZ31镁合金进行八个道次的变面轧制,然后,在应变控制条件下进行疲劳实验,对比初始挤压态与变面轧制态的疲劳性能的不同实验结果:经变面轧制处理:①提高了AZ31镁合金的力学性能;②合金的疲劳寿命显著增加;③合金的塑性有所增加。19248

Title Research on the fatigue properties of rolling AZ31 magnesium alloys
Abstract
Currently, the fatigue properties of magnesium alloys have been studied extensively, but mainly studied for grain refinement by ECAP and other methods of magnesium alloys. In this paper, the fatigue properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy which has been processed by plane-changed rolling treatment method will be studied. We Conducted eight passes rolling on extruded AZ31, then, it will be tested the fatigue experiments under the control of strain and be compared with the initial extruded AZ31 magnesium alloy on the effects of rolling on the fatigue properties.
Experimental results indicates that: Taken by plane-changed rolling treatment: ①The mechanical properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy can be improved; ②There will be a significant increase in fatigue life of the alloy; ③The plasticity of alloy has an increase.
