工业纯钛的应用领域广泛,但基于高端钛产业的发展需求,兼备有高强度和高塑性的工业纯钛的制备迫在眉睫。然而,金属材料的强度与塑性长期以来都无法集成于一体,这是一个难于攻克的难题。可是在大轧下量冷轧和低温退火的共同作用下,得到了具有良好综合性能的工业纯钛板材。

对金相的研究表明内部晶粒被拉长成为板条晶。拉伸测试的结果表明退火温度在485℃左右时,材料的拉伸强度和拉伸塑性都优于其他温度。随退火时间的延长,钛板的强度降低,塑性增强。显微硬度的测试结果表明退火的温度和时间与硬度呈反相关。

在研究一系列的测试参数后,选择钛板试样综合性能最好的参数用于工业生产,使得实验室成果能转化为实际生产工艺。

Title Study on rolling behavior of gradient nanostructured pure titanium

Abstract:Industrial titanium widely used in the field, but based on the development needs of high-end titanium industry, both high strength and high plasticity of the preparation of industrial pure titanium imminent. However, the strength of metal materials and plastic has long been unable to integrate in one, this is a difficult problem to overcome. However, under the combined effect of cold rolling and low temperature annealing under large rolling, industrial pure titanium sheet with good comprehensive performance was obtained.

Studies of metallography indicate that the internal grains are elongated into slab crystals. The tensile test results show that the tensile strength and tensile strength of the material are better than those of other temperatures when the annealing temperature is about 485 ℃. With the extension of the annealing time, the strength of the titanium plate is reduced and the plasticity is enhanced. The micro-hardness test results show that the annealing temperature and time are inversely related to the hardness.

After studying a series of test parameters, select the titanium plate sample comprehensive performance of the best parameters for industrial production, making the laboratory results can be converted into the actual production process.
