摘要:本文主要研究了镍基高温合金DZ445在高温时的氧化行为。把DZ445试样放置在900℃静态空气中对其进行高温氧化,在经历100小时的高温氧化期间,不连续的对其称量,通过绘制氧化动力学曲线,以及XRD和电镜扫描后观察其形貌,来分析研究合金的高温氧化行为。实验结果表明,DZ445合金经过900℃100h的恒温氧化后,其氧化动力学曲线符合抛物线规律;合金表面形成以Cr2O3为主,以及Ti、Ta、Al等氧化物的外氧化膜,和Al2O3的内氧化;外氧化膜连续致密,具有良好的保护性能,氧化颗粒在氧化过程中逐渐长大。4477

Study on high temperature oxidation behavior of DZ445 alloy
Abstract:This paper mainly studied the oxidation behavior of nickel-based superalloy DZ445 at high temperature.The DZ445 sample is placed on the high temperature oxidation at 900℃static in the air during high temperature oxidation,after 100 hours,not continuous on the weighing,the oxidation kinetics curve is drawn,and the XRD and scanning electron microscopy to observe the morphology after,to analysis of high temperature oxidation behavior of the alloys.The experimental results show that,the DZ445 alloy after isothermal oxidation at 900℃100h,the oxidation kinetics curve with the parabola law;alloy surface mainly consisted of Cr2O3,Ti,and Ta,Al oxide and oxide film,oxidation and Al2O3;the outer oxide film is continuous and compact,has good protective performance,oxide particles grew up in the oxidation process of gradually.
