摘要:以苛化造纸白泥和粉煤灰为主要原料制备的陶瓷滤料可进行微生物培养后用于污水处理,滤料具有提供OH-的特性,可将水环境的pH值调节在利于微生物生长繁殖和生化反应的范围内,并能释放一定量的Ca2+,但存在强度不足的缺点。通过在滤料表面造壳的方式制备出造纸白泥梯度型陶瓷滤料,保留滤料供碱释钙性能的同时提高滤料的强度。将陶粒与改良后的梯度性滤料作为曝气生物滤池反应器填料,采用富含硝化菌种的污泥接种挂膜并处理氨氮含量较高的模拟生活污水。结果表明:造纸白泥梯度型陶瓷滤料能较快挂上微生物膜,并能有效去除污水中的氨氮。梯度型白泥滤料反应器在挂膜17天启动成功,第20天时氨氮去除率即达100%。系统中的酸碱度环境的稳定靠滤料的供碱释钙性能维持,供碱释钙性能有利于滤料表面微生物种类的丰富,并进一步使反应更加活化。将旧式造纸白泥陶瓷滤料和梯度型造纸白泥陶瓷滤料以及水热陶瓷滤料氨氮去除过程进行对比。第25天调快进水速度后,发现造纸白泥梯度型陶瓷滤料去除率有所波动,但整体仍保持优良的去除性能;而旧型陶瓷滤料第17天开始稳定维持去除率100%,调快进水速率后去除率有所波动;水热陶瓷滤料在第19天达到95%以上去除率,在第21天之后稳定在100%稳定,调快进水速率后去除率略有波动,对总体性能影响较小。

Title Effect of Environmental Performance of Papermaking White Mud on the Efficiency of BAF in Extinguishing Ammonia

Abstract:The ceramic filter material made of caustic papermaking white mud and fly ash is beneficial to the microbial film and has the ability to release alkaline solution. It can adjust the pH of the solution in the range of microbial reaction and propagation, and release a certain amount Of Ca2 +. The gradient papermaking white clay ceramic filter was used as the aerated biological filter reactor packing, and the aerobic activated sludge was used to inoculate the film and deal with the high concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater. The experimental results show that the gradient papermaking white clay ceramic filter can hang the microbial film and can effectively remove the ammonia nitrogen in the sewage. The reactor was successfully started on the membrane for 10 days, and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen reached 100% on the 20th day. The release of calcium for the filter can maintain the pH environment in the system, which is beneficial to the enrichment of the microbial species on the surface of the filter material and further the activation of the reaction. The old-type papermaking white clay ceramic filter and gradient paper-making white clay ceramic filter and commercial water-heat ceramic filter ammonia nitrogen removal process were compared and found that the gradient paper-making white clay ceramic filter on the 25th day suddenly dropped to 88 % Until the 28th day continued to drop to 55.69%. While the old ceramic filter after the first 17 days to maintain the stability of 100% removal rate, hydrothermal ceramic filter on the 19th day to reach more than 95% removal rate, after 21 days to stabilize at 100% stability, the first 26 days began to remove the rate of decline 。
