摘要本论文是通过在三元乙丙橡胶配方中添加不同种类的防老剂和其他添加剂来研究不同配比对橡胶力学性能以及在高温下老化性能的影响。整个课题是与无锡惠邦橡胶制造有限公司共同合作研究并且由无锡惠邦橡胶制造有限公司提供实验原材料和最终配方数据。通过实验检测了橡胶的力学性能、耐老化性能等。结果表明:甲基丙烯酸锌作为橡胶助剂和硫化剂和耐热添加剂具有良好的性能,对于三元乙丙橡胶有良好的补强作用,大大促进了橡胶的力学性能,大大提高了硬度,然而在热氧老化过程中可能会促进交联使得橡胶变硬失去弹性产生反作用。防老剂RD和MB的组合性能稍弱于防老剂ZMTI和445的组合,这几种防老剂除了防止热氧老化性能不错外对于保护金属对橡胶破坏的能力也是可以的,因此可以作为板式换热器用橡胶垫片使用。20566

Development of EPDM rubber pad for Plate heat exchanger
Abstract
This paper studied the effects of different ratio on the mechanical properties and aging properties at elevated temperatures by adding different types of antioxidant and other additives in EPDM. We tested the mechanical properties and aging resistance performance of the EPDM rubber. The results show that: zinc methacrylate as rubber additive and curing agent and heat resistant additive has a good performance and outstanding reinforcing effect on the EPDM rubber which greatly improves the mechanical properties. However, zinc methacrylate may promote crosslinking and makes rubber become harder and reduce their elastic properties.
Several antioxidants have good performance and have greatly improved the thermal properties of rubber. Those antioxidants can effectively protect the rubber from metal damage and enhance the compatibility of rubber and metal, so the several antioxidants are very suitable for rubber gasket.
