摘要为了提高涂层与基底的结合强度,以预制了不同尺寸、 不同形状网格结构衬垫的DZ4125镍基高温合金为基底,采用大气等离子喷涂(APS)技术制备了氧化钇稳定氧化锆(YSZ)热障涂层,并利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和显微硬度仪对制备得到的热障涂层的相组成和表面、截面形貌及涂层硬度进行分析与测试。通过拉伸试验测试了涂层与基底的结合强度,并对不同衬垫结构涂层的性能进行了比较。 21589

Title Influenceof bond structure for plasma sprayed thermal barrier coatings performance
Abstract
In order to improve the bonding strength of coating with substrate,
prefabricate DZ4125 nickel-base superalloy with grid bond structure of
different sizes and shapes as substrate. Use atmospheric plasma spraying
(APS) technology to prepare yttria-stabilized zirconia(YSZ) thermal
barrier coatings. Use X-ray diffractometer(XRD),Scanning Electron
Microscope(SEM) and microhardness tester to analyze and test the phase
organization, the surface and cross-section morphology and hardness value.
Test the bonding strength of coating by tensile testing. Compare
performance for different bond structure coatings.
The result illustrates: grid structure with the traditional coating
has no obvious differences in tissue morphology, however, the pad
microhardness of grid structure and the bonding strength (tensile
properties) has improved.
