摘要:镁合金作为一种绿色环保金属结构材料,具有比强度、比刚度高,减震性、导热性和可回收性好等优点,逐渐成为钢、铁、铝和塑料等结构材料的替代品。Mg-Nd 两元合金具有明显的时效强化效果,因此以 Mg-Nd 系合金为基础有望开发出高强度低成本镁稀土合金。4686
本文主要以 Mg-Nd-Zn-Zr铸造合金(Zr元素作为晶粒细化剂)为基础,采用光学显微镜、X 射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)等分析手段,通过硬度试验,研究了Mg-Nd-Zn-Zr合金等温时效过程中第二相析出强化对合金组织与力学性能的影响。

Study on the second phase precipitation strengthening during Isothermal aging of Mg-Nd-Zn-Zr Alloys
Abstract::Magnesium alloy as a green metal material, has the advantages of specific strength, high specific stiffness, shock absorption, thermal conductivity and recyclable and it gradually become substitute of the steel, iron, aluminum and plastic material. Mg-Nd alloy have obviously effect in ageing strengthening, so the high strength and low cost Magnesium alloy is expected to be developed based on the Mg-Nd alloy。
