LiFeNiPO4的性能探讨摘要:橄榄型结构的LiFeP04目前被认为是最具有潜力的二次电池,该材料具有电压高、储存和循环寿命长、荷电保持能力强、环境污染低、无记忆效应可反复充放电使用、工作温度范围广等优点。然而,由于LiFePO4低的电子电导率和锂离子扩散系数,导致其倍率充放电性能极差。为提高LiFePO4的充放电性能, 用Ni2+对LiFePO4进行掺杂和添加碳包覆。水热法合成了用Ni2+取代LiFePO4晶格中部分Fe位的掺杂LiFe1–xNixPO4。对样品的电化学性能进行了测试,结果表明掺杂和碳包覆都增强了LiFe1–xNixPO4的导电能力、降低了Li+迁移阻抗,并显著提高了其电化学性能。关键词:磷酸铁锂;离子掺杂;电化学性能4782
the performance of LiFeNiPO4
Abstract: Lithium iron phosphate(LiFePO4) has been regarded as one of the most promising cathode materials,due to its lower cost,improved safety, highly reversible and repeatable property.However, due to the low electronic conductivity and ionic diffusion coefficient of lithium LiFePO4,the rate charge and discharge performance is poor.To improve the performance of LiFePO4, single phase Li1- xNixFePO4 was prepared by hydrothermal reaction. The LiFe1–xNixPO4 materials, which were doped by using Ni replace the Fe site in the lattice of LiFePO4, respectively, were synthesized via a hydrothermal method. The electrochemical performance of the synthesized samples were characterized. The results indicated that the doping could increased the conductivity of the LiFe1–xNixPO4, decreased the Li+ diffusion resistance, and dramatically increased the electrochemical performance of the LiFe1–xNixPO4.
