摘要因为SiCp/Al复合材料具有比强度、比刚度高,耐磨性及尺寸稳定性好的长处,外加成本低廉等优点而应用在航空航天、军事、汽车和电子封装等领域。其焊接的可靠性跟着铝基复合材料的成长和使用,而日益被重视。由于增强体的加入,复合材料的连接比平时的均质材料的连接困难的多,这是阻碍材料迅速发展的一个重要因素。23349
本人使用填加SiC增强颗粒复合钎料的真空钎焊方法。发现SiC颗粒在钎缝中的润湿性较好,增加了钎缝中的增强相,提高了钎缝的硬度。研究了SiC数量对接头组织与性能的影响,发现了SiC数量越多,流动性越差,易形成SiC和SiC的弱连接,严重时还会形成颗粒偏聚,形成接头的薄弱地带,影响接头的质量。

Title Vacuum brazing method of SiCp / Al
Abstract
Because SiCp / Al composites have specific strength and specific stiffness, wear resistance and dimensional stability, good strengths, plus the advantages of low cost and applications in the aerospace, military, automotive and electronic packaging and other fields. With the development of welding reliability and the use of aluminum matrix composites, and is increasingly being taken seriously. I use to fill plus SiC particulate reinforced composite solder vacuum brazing method . SiC particles found cracks in solder wettability is better to increase the brazing seam of reinforcement to improve the hardness of the solder joints. The influence of the number of joints SiC microstructure and mechanical properties, find the number of SiC more mobility worse, easy to form a weak link SiC toSiC, the severe form particles will segregate to form a weak zone joints affected joints quality.
