摘要本文章通过对电子束焊接用电子枪聚焦系统数值模拟研究,主要运用CST粒子工作室软件对电子枪的发射、聚焦等进行模拟,进一步熟悉了电子枪发射聚焦的原理。本模拟主要分析了偏压大小对电子束流大小的影响以及阴极内缩量和温度的改变对这一规律的影响,重点分析了聚焦线圈电流大小对焦点位置的影响,获得较好聚焦效果的聚焦线圈的各项参数,并验证了焦距的倒数与聚焦电流大小的平方呈线性关系的结论,这与事实相符合。通过用真软件对电子束焊接用电子枪聚焦系统进行数值模拟,可以更好的研究电子束焊接用电子枪,对其结构进行优化,并获得优化参数,从而提高束流质量以及焊接质量。数值模拟大大减少了实验的费用与耗时,对以后的研究具有较高的参考价值。23351

Title Numerical simulation of focusing system of electron gun for electron beam welding
Abstract
The article simulate the focusing system of electron gun for electron beam welding , mainly use the Particle Studio software of CST to simulate the emission and the focusing of electron gun . We become more familiar with the principle of the focusing of electron gun. The simulation analyzes the impact of the size of bias changes on the electron beam size and how the relative position and the temperature of the cathode affect this law. Mainly analyze the influence of the current size of the focusing coil in the focusing effect to obtaining a better focus the parameters of the coil. It verify the reciprocal of the focal length of the square of the current size of the linear relationship between the conclusion, which is consistent with the facts. By using simulation software to simulate the focusing system of electron gun for electron beam welding, further research can better the research of electron beam welding, optimizing its structure and obtain optimal parameters to improve the beam quality to improve the quality of welding. Numerical simulation greatly reduces the cost and time-consuming of experiments.It has high reference value for future research .
