摘要主要使用电化学测试方法对铸态和挤压态AZ31镁合金的在NaCl溶液中的腐蚀性能进行对比研究,从微观结构分析两者腐蚀性能差异的原因。在0.5%、1.0%、3.5%、5.0% NaCl溶液中进行镁合金的腐蚀实验,观察合金在溶液中的腐蚀现象,记录溶液PH值随浸泡时间的变化,并测试镁合金的极化曲线,计算腐蚀电化学特征参数。得到以下结论:(1)溶液中Cl-浓度越高,镁合金腐蚀速率越快。(2)低浓度NaCl溶液中,铸态镁合金表现出更好的耐腐蚀性能。反之,挤压态镁合金耐腐蚀性能更好。5588

Title Study on corrosion behavior of AZ31 magnesium alloys
Abstract
Cast and extruded AZ31 Magnesium alloy corrosion behavior were studied and compared in NaCl solution through electrochemical tests, and the differences of the two corrosion behavior were analysised through the microstructure. Magnesium alloy corrosion test were carried out in 0.5%,1.0%,3.5%, 5% NaCl solution by observing the corrosion of the alloy in the solution, recording solution pH value changes with the immersion time, and testing the polarization curve of magnesium alloys, calculating the corrosion electrochemical characteristic parameters. The following conclusions are gotten:(1)The higher concentration of Cl- in the solution, the faster magnesium alloy is corroded.(2) In NaCl solution with low concentrations, cast magnesium alloy showed better corrosion resistance. On the contrary, the corrosion resistance of extruded Magnesium alloy were better.
