摘要:由于近年来LED的应用愈来愈广泛,本实验就研究了新型PIG的各类光学性质。首先采用高温熔融淬冷的方法烧制硼酸盐玻璃,再用高温熔融法烧制两种PIG样品:不同温度掺杂同一系列同一浓度的荧光粉Ce:YAG的硼酸盐玻璃和同一温度掺杂同一系列不同浓度的荧光粉Ce:YAG的硼酸盐玻璃。测试和分析了不同浓度和不同温度下硼酸盐PIG样品的激发光谱、发射光谱、色坐标图、光效图、色温图、电致荧光谱等光谱图,并研究了其发光强度、发射性能、发光颜色和影响性质的因素等性质特点。通过本次实验表明了该类样品作为LED荧光材料的合适性和在白光LED发光领域中有着潜在的应用和市场。71314

Preparation and Properties of Borate PIG

Abstract: In recent years, the application of LED is become more and more widespread, this experiment will study the optical properties of various types of new PIG. First, high temperature melting quenching method was used to burn borate glass, and two kinds of PIG samples were prepared by high temperature melting method. The same concentration of phosphor Ce: YAG was mixed with different temperatures. And different concentrations of phosphor Ce: YAG was mixed with the same temperature. The emission spectra, emission spectra, color coordinate maps, light effects, color temperature and electrochromic spectra of borate PIG samples at different concentrations and different temperatures were tested and analyzed. The characteristics such as luminous intensity, emission performance, luminous color and influencing factors were also studied. Through this experiment, it shows that the samples are suitable for LED fluorescent materials and have potential applications and markets in the field of white LED light emission.
