摘要本课题利用等离子体电解加热淬火对不同钢种样品进行了处理,研究了不同工艺条件下,样品的组织与硬度变化。结果表明,与传统淬火热处理相比,液相等离子体电解加热淬火技术具有更高的效率,且获得的硬度值相当。在15%Na2CO3电解液体系中,在100V预热处理10s后,以120V加热3s和100V加热5s为一周期,循环3次,仅需34s,即可实现对 2mm厚的40钢、45钢、T8钢和40Cr试样端部的淬透,硬度值分别达到664 HV0.2、717 HV0.2、880HV0.2和953 HV0.2;同时,硬度值随含碳量的升高而增大;合金元素Cr明显提高了40钢淬硬性。10236

Title Plasma electrolytic quenching of steel
Abstract
Different types of steel are quenched by plasma electrolytic technology. The effect of voltage, time and electrolyte on the microstructure and micro-hardness is studied. The results show that this technology has a higher efficiency than conventional quenching method. In 15%Na2CO3 electrolyte, bottoms of 40, 45, T8steel and 40Cr with thickness of 2mm could be quenched in 34s with Vickers hardness of 664HV0.2, 717 HV0.2, 880HV0.2and 953 HV0.2 respectively. .Hardness improves with the increase of carbon content. Alloying element Cr improves hardness obviously. Preheat treatment can improve the homogeneity of hardness. .
