4 . Excessive expansion of the industrial park will lead to the "three rural" problem is even more severe. 三、Conclusion
Cities to achieve sustainable development is a hot issue of widespread concern and ongoing exploration. Awareness to rely solely on the end of the pollution control to deal with the relationship between industrial development and the environment can no longer meet the sustainability of the development of human society, we must find a new model of economic development. Industrial Park as a sustainable development the subsystem of special unit, is a valid starting point for implementation of the policy and the central link sustainable development. Effective ways to achieve sustainable urban development is to develop recycling economy, the construction of the eco-industrial park. Through the construction of the eco-industrial park, allows the region between enterprises, businesses, residents and natural ecosystems between the input and output of material, energy optimization, so as to achieve efficient use of materials and energy, minimize waste generation, people continuously improve the quality of life. With the deepening of the theories and methods of the eco-industrial park, it will become an important mode of comprehensive coordination of human activities and the natural ecological environment relations, and will have a profound impact on the implementation of sustainable urban development strategy.
人类自身可持续生存与发展的需求 ,客观上要求城市发展必须是可持续性的。城市可持续发展是城市经济、 社会与生态复合系统全方位地趋向于结构合理、 组织优化、 高效运行的均衡、 协调的演化过程。工业园区作为城市经济的重要增长极 ,其经济影响力日益增强。园区内高度集聚的工业活动 ,造成对城市环境的重大影响 ,但另一方面也为产业部门之间形成共生关联与物质循环提供了空间上的便利。可见 ,工业园区的发展模式对实现城市可持续发展战略具有重要的意义。国内外关于城市可持续发展研究的文献资料很多 ,但就城市可持续发展与工业园区的实践结合起来进行研究的文献几乎没有 ,相关文献谈到两者的关系也多是笼统地提及 ,并没有结合城市的可持续问题深入研究工业园区的生态
