Residents' social participation research - C district in Shanghai as an example
Abstract: At present, our country has entered the history of the comprehensive construction well-off society stage, community function expanding, community gradually took on the function of managing social affairs. The party's 17 big reports proposed to "establish and improve the party committee leadership, government responsibility, nongovernmental support and public participation in the social management pattern." Then, comrade hu jintao put forward again, in the eighteenth big report "to strengthen the construction of community and encourage citizens to participate in." Thus, public participation is the foundation of our country's reform and opening up and social progress. , driven by social democratization and city modernization, residents participate in community construction has become the new theme of the construction of Chinese society, the momentum, because each community is a contains the independent units of the basic information of the whole society, is a microcosm "holographic" of whole society, the information including the needs, interests, and social life group contradictions, class structure and logic operation. After carefully summarize the relevant theory, on the basis of A and B two C district in Shanghai communities as investigation object, adopted questionnaire survey method, mainly aiming at the shortcomings of the residents' community participation were analyzed, and the purpose to encourage residents to participate in community construction, cultivate community autonomy consciousness, improve the residents to participate in the organization, improving the capacity of residents participation. Community is a window of the society, from the build communities in the process we can view and accumulated social construction experience, to understand the rules of the community construction, we have the feeling to social construction.
