土地承包经营权确权登记问题研究

Research on Verification and Registration of Land Contract Management Right in Teng’qiao District, When’zhou City
Abstract： The verification and registration of rural land right of Teng’qiao district was planned to be accomplished and examined within 3 years. At the end of 2016, the city has completed more than 50% workload of land survey surveying and mapping. This task is expected to be basically completed by the end of 2017. In this paper, the registration of land contract management right in Teng’qiao district, Wen’zhou City is taken as the example of investigation. Through the investigation of the working mode of land registration and certification of the study area, this paper chooses Datang Village, Chaoji Village and Yayang Village to conduct household survey. This paper analyzes the present situation of land registration right and the present situation of land transfer in Teng’qiao district by means of literature research, rural household survey and comprehensive analysis method, and puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions for the problems found.
