Study on the Problem of Contemporary Countryside Culture Ecological Construction
— Taking Sanmenxia Area as an Example
Abstract: The rural ecological construction has important practical significance, though the ecological construction of rural culture has made some achievements at present, the problems should not be overlooked. Some main construction problems can be found in the rural culture ecological construction in Sanmenxia area of Henan province, such as cultural ecology environment vandalism, lack of publicity and maintenance of cultural fronts, cultural activities are often poor, villagers are not enthusiastic, and therefore the countermeasures as follows, to improve the leadership level of awareness, and introduce cultural preferential policies actively; develop rural culture depends on local conditions and characteristics; strengthen rural education, enhance the cultural quality of the body; establish a sound cultural system, to promote cultural market; strengthen cultural team building to attract and retain the talent.

前言
改革开放以来经济发展取得了卓越的成就，而农村文化建设却相对滞后，城乡文化发展水平差距较大，这不仅阻碍着农村经济社会发展，制约社会主义新农村建设，也影响着全面建成小康社会的进程，农村文化生态得不到有效保护，也将严重影响民族文化的传承。农村是中国传统文化的母体，农村文化则是中国文化体系的重要组成部分。建设以人为本，贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近群众的农村文化生态，对于促进村民关系和谐发展，实现城乡居民文化公平，传承优秀传统文化，实现中华民族伟大复兴都有重要的现实意义。
