摘要:梁桥是以受弯为主的主梁作为承重构件的桥梁。主梁可以是实腹梁或桁架梁。实腹梁构造简单,制造、架设和文修均较方便,广泛用于中、小跨度桥梁,但在材料利用上不够经济。桁架梁的杆件承受轴向力,材料能充分利用,自重较轻,跨越能力大,多用于建造大跨度桥梁。按照主梁的静力体系,分为简支梁桥、连续梁桥和悬臂梁桥。预应力混凝土T形梁桥有结构简单,受力明确、节省材料、架设安装方便,跨越能力较大等优点。T型梁桥在我国公路上修建最多。简支梁桥是主梁以孔为单元,两端设有支座,是静定结构。一般适用于中、小跨度,结构简单,制造、运输和架设均甚方便,多做成标准设计,以便于构件生产工艺工业化、施工机械化,提高质量,降低造价。T型梁桥以T型梁为主要承重结构的梁式桥。在桥上荷载作用产生正弯矩时,梁作成这样上大下小的T形并在下缘配筋便充分利用了混凝土的抗压强度大和钢筋的高抗拉强度进而比矩形梁桥节省了材料,减轻了自重。
本设计中钢筋混凝土简支梁桥设计,采用(30+30+30+30+30)米,总跨度150米的简支T梁桥设计,全桥采用预制装配的施工方法,桥墩采用双柱式桥墩,基础采用钻孔灌注桩基础。跨中设置成马蹄形。20395

The design and calculation of simply suppprted reinforced concrete T-beam bridge in Dalu Road
Abstract:Bridge is dominated by curved main beam as load-bearing elements of the bridge. Main beam can be solid web beams or joists . Solid web girder structure is simple , manufacture, erection and maintenance than convenient , widely used in small -span bridge, but not enough on the economic use of materials . Girder truss rod axial force , the material can be fully utilized, lighter weight, across a large capacity , and more for the construction of large-span bridges . Static system according to the main beam , pided simply supported beam bridge , continuous beam bridge and a cantilever bridge. Prestressed concrete T- beam bridge has a simple structure , the force clear , material saving , easy erection and installation , etc. across a larger capacity . T-beam bridge built in the country up to the highway . Charpy bridge is the main beam to the hole for the unit ends with a bearing, is statically indeterminate structure . Generally applicable to medium and small span , simple structure , manufacturing, transportation and erection are very easy to use, multi- standard design made to facilitate the production process of industrialization , mechanization of construction components, improve quality and reduce cost. T-beam bridge with T-beam girder bridge as the main load-bearing structure. When the bridge loads generated positive moment , Liang Zuocheng so big and small T-shaped lower edge of the reinforcement will take full advantage of high tensile compressive strength of concrete and steel bridge further than the rectangular material savings , reducing the weight .
The design of reinforced concrete simply supported beam bridge design , the use of ( 30 +30 +30 +30 +30 ) m , with a total span of 150 meters of simple T girder bridge design , full-bridge using prefabricated construction methods , and the use of double-column pier piers , foundation using bored pile foundation . Set in a horseshoe-shaped cross .
