2 The general situation of the engineering
The building is located in Shanghai, is a 10-story budget building, the building area of 7800 square meters. Including underground and ground ten layers. Mainly for warehouse and equipment room, the underground layer one to three layers of dining-room, balcony, such as occupancy, four to nine layers for hotel rooms, building height is 36.6 meters. The air conditioning design mainly for air conditioning room above the ground for the design of air conditioning system.The air-conditioning design is mainly directed against above the ground.
3 The basic of Design
3.1 Design task request and the original information
According to the Building nature, purpose and requirements of the construction unit of the Shanghai Yibo building for specific types of building design are as follows:
