摘要随着建筑行业在中国的飞速发展，为了满足现代施工的要求，我国现在推行工程项目施工总承包模式。在实际工程中，很多工程项目的施工总承包无法按时完成施工任务，所以如何在施工总承包模式下进行有效的项目进度管理是我们十分关心的一个问题。本文对施工总承包模式、施工总承包商对进度的影响和进度计划的编制等进行了简单的理论研究，着重对流水施工和网络计划这两种进度控制的有效工具进行了阐释，介绍了不同节奏流水施工的方法和单双带号网络图及其编制等。结合实际工程总承包模式中存在的进度偏差问题，介绍了利用横道图、网络计划、S型曲线这些方法来进行进度的检查，提出了一些纠偏方法和调整进度计划的措施。87394

Abstract With the rapid development of the construction industry in China, in order to meet the requirements of modern construction, Now China is implementing the construction general contract mode。 In practical engineering, a lot of construction  task can not be completed on time , so, how to carry out project schedule management effectively in the construction general contracting model is an issue we are very concerned about。 In this paper, we will make a brief introduction about the construction general contracting mode, the general contractor's impact to the construction schedule and how to  schedule a plan  , focusing on the two effective tool for network planning such as pipelining construction and  activity network , we also describe how to organize the pipelining construction with different rhythm,and how to organize a precedence network diagram or arrow diagram。Combined with the progress deviation of the actual project general contracting model,we introduce how to use Gantt chart, network planning, S-shaped curve these methods to check the progress of the project,put forward some measures to rectify the deviation and adjust the schedule。
