摘要本设计是根据最新公路桥涵设计规范相关规定进行的某预应力混凝土简支梁桥设计。通过认真勘察该地水文资料和工程地质资料,本着安全、经济、适用、美观的基本设计原则,本文确定了预设方案和其他两个方案,并进行了方案比选工作,最终得出预设方案最优的结论。本桥横桥向为5片主梁拼装而成,设计为双车道。下部采用双柱式桥墩,U形桥台。支座均采用板式橡胶支座,共设置2道伸缩缝。87558

结合工程地质图,参考已有的桥梁设计实例,本设计先进行了该桥跨径,跨数,主梁尺寸,人行道,栏杆,铺装层拟定。在设计计算过程中,借助桥梁博士进行跨中横向分布系数计算和主梁截面几何特性计算。借助软件计算的横向分布系数进行活载内力计算进一步进行内力组合;借助计算出的毛截面几何特性进一步计算出净截面和换算截面几何特性数据。本次设计进行了行车道板计算,主梁内力计算,进行了钢束布置及校核,主梁承载计算,预加应力阶段和正常使用阶段应力验算,梁端局部承载力验算,主梁变形验算,验算结果均能满足要求。

Considering the engineering geological maps, the reference design examples existed, the span, the number of cross, main beam size, sidewalks, railings, pavement thickness of the bridge are determined。 During the design process of calculation, Dr。 Bridges are used to calculate span’s transverse distribution coefficient calculation and geometrical properties of the main beam。 By means of calculating the transverse distribution coefficient of the software to calculate the internal force of the live load, the geometric characteristics of the net cross section and the conversion section are calculated 。The design contains the deck calculation, the main beam internal force calculation, prestressed reinforcement arrangements and checking, the main beam bearing calculations checking, pre-stressing stages and during normal use stress checking, prestressing phase and during normal use stress checking, partial beam end bearing capacity checking, the main beam deformation checking, all the results can meet the requirements。
