南京某高校学生宿舍楼的建筑和结构设计
摘要本毕业设计为南京某高校学生宿舍楼的建筑和结构设计，结构形式采用钢筋混凝土框架结构，其灵活的空间布局使得建筑具有良好的采光和通风。建筑设计部分主要包括建筑物平面、立面和剖面设计及施工图绘制，房间的布置和各部位做法等。结构设计部分主要完成了标准层楼面设计，一榀框架设计，楼梯及基础设计，绘制了相关施工图。结构设计中，首先根据计算简图确定框架承受的荷载,然后采用弯矩分配法计算竖向荷载作用下的内力，采用D值法计算水平荷载作用下的内力。用PKPM软件的电算值对竖向恒荷载作用下的手算结果进行校核，并分析手算误差造成的原因

Title Architectural and structural design of a college student dormitory in Nanjing
Abstract The graduation project is architectural and structural design of a college stu-
dent dormitory in Nanjing。The building is adopted the cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure, its flexible spatial layout makes building has good lighting and ventilation。The section of architectural design involve plan, elevation and cross-sectional design and corresponding construction drawings,lay-
out of room and constructional details。The section of structural design finished design of standard floor,stair and foundation ,computing of a typical transverse frame and drawing of structure plans。 The external loads of building are first determined according to the computation sketch in structural calculation,then the internal force in the structure is obtained through the moment distribution method under vertical and the modified knick point method under horizontal loads。A test is performed with the software PKPM to check the hand calculated results of internal force of frame under vertical dead load,and the error of original results is an- alyzed。
