摘要:设计对象为蚂蚁沟桥,是一个跨越40 m + 60m + 40m公路线性预应力混凝土连续刚构桥上部结构的设计。
全桥采用三跨一联预应力混凝土变截面双向四车道连续刚构桥,其箱梁梁高呈二次抛物线变化,中支点处梁高为3.5m,边跨支点和跨中处梁高为2m;考虑施工方便,节省材料消耗等,使用截面形式铅直腹板单箱单室箱型;桁梁体施工项目施工悬臂法(挂篮施工)
主要设计内容是上部结构计算,包括主要桥梁结构尺寸拟定、桥梁内力计算、配筋,强度计算,等。桥梁结构内力分析包括所有的计算都是由桥梁博士Excel导出原始数据和计算结果桥梁总体布置图、钢筋布置图等图纸由CAD作出,此外还包括手绘图纸一张。21962

Design of Ma Yi Gou Bridge
Abstract:This design objects for the Ma Yi Gou bridge, which is a span of 40m+60m+40m highway linear prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge(upper structure design).
It is a prestressed concrete variable cross-section continuous rigid frame bridge with three spans, which has four lanes. Its box beam high like a quadratic parabola. The beam in protection is 3.5m high. And its side span fulcrum and cross beam is 2 m high. Considering the convenient construction and the material consumption saving etc, this design uses straight cross section form web single box and single room box. And the girder beam body construction project uses the cantilever method(hanging basket construction).
The design content is mainly to the upper structure calculation, including main dimensions for the bridge, internal force calculation of bridge and piers, strength calculation of steel, etc. Bridge structure on internal force analysis which involves all the calculation is out by Dr Bridge and the raw data and calculated results are exported by Excel; Bridge overall arrangement, steel bar arrangement drawings are made by CAD, including a hand drawing.
