4 设计的主要工作
根据要求设计图文信息楼3-4区空调系统。具体内容为图文信息楼3-4区空调系统设计及防排烟系统；计算冷热负荷；根据冷热负荷，结合建筑物特点，初步确定空调系统形式；根据空调系统形式，选择空调系统主要设备；进行空调风系统设计和计算；确定室内风口和室内机的位置，进行室内气流组织的校核；对设计中涉及到建筑有关防排烟问题，进行必要的论述和说明；绘制设计图纸；撰写设计计算说明书和完成不少图纸的绘制.并根据所学基础理论和专业知识，结合实际工程，根据照工程设计规范、标准、设计图集和有关参考资料，完成所要求的工程设计。设计方案合理、实用，计算准确，图面清晰。
5 空调系统的选择
风机盘管加新风系统具有以下优点：
1）房间可以独立地进行温度调节，设计技术相对简单（因此设计风险不大），设备国产化程度高，投资少。
2）布置灵活，各房间可独立调节室温，房间不住人时可方便的关掉机组（关风机），不影响其他房间， 从而比其他系统较节省运转费用。
3）只需要新风空调机房面积。
4）有集中的中央空调器，还设有分散在各个被调房间内的末端装置。
5）机组部件多为装配式、定型化、规格化程度高，便于用户选择和安装。
6）使用季节长。
本工程从节约能源，环保，易安装，易文修等角度来说，综合考虑三种系统形式的优缺点，一～三层由于每个房间对室内环境的要求不同，故采用风机盘管系统，同时为了保证新风的补给，采用独立的新风系统。

The new rooms have air-conditioning system installed to improve viewing comfort, to attract more students to better use of the building space for the benefit of students .
Gradual improvement of school buildings , as well as people on the indoor air temperature and humidity , cleanliness and air quality issues more seriously . Due to the shortage of energy , energy is increasingly attracted attention . There is an urgent need for the information graphic floor installation configuration saving , healthy and comfortable central air conditioning system to meet people's pursuit of high living standards .
Teletext floor general interior and exterior decoration simple, use a full-featured , and is generally equipped with air conditioning year-round comfort . Teletext floor complete computer equipment, air conditioning systems also made more complex requirements. In addition, air conditioning energy consumption Teletext floor is very large, about 60% of the building 's total energy consumption , energy-saving air-conditioning system will be directly related to the consumption fund information building. In short the importance of the merits of Information Building air conditioning system is self-evident .

2. Project Overview
The project is located in Fengxian District of Shanghai, is a graphic information building, total construction area of 30,627 square meters. Building layers of 9 layers, one to three podium for the library, four to ten layer for the library tower, is a reading, office, information integration, complete functions, advanced facilities and modern library building. This design only consider the 3-4 zone air conditioning design.
