Abstract: This graduation design is based on a project, is a real environment requirements and specific planning proposition. 本次毕业设计项目为上海浦东南路1540号地块办公楼建筑设计，为一实际项目，在设计过程中能切身感受到实际项目的社会性、真实性，需考虑的各种现实问题也非常多，如何解决这些现实中的矛盾，并能遵循功能合理、技术先进、经济适用、造型美观、环境相宜的设计原则，从实际出发，正确立意，进行创造性构思，力求建筑与环境融为一体，相得益彰。经过指导老师的授业解惑，我们在做一个设计的时候，如何能全局把控，将自己的设计理念和实际过程相结合，把建筑融入社会，让人高效的工作、生活，这是此次设计我们学到的，也是感受最深之处。
