摘要：本文针对上海市华康公司办公楼空调系统设计进行了介绍，设计的主要目的是为了满足该办公楼夏季供冷，冬季供热的要求，以达到改善室内空气品质来满足办公人员舒适性需求、为室内人员提供一个健康的工作环境的目的。本次设计主要使用的软件有鸿业负荷计算9.0、鸿业设备设计暖通空调12.0、T20天正暖通等，来进行空调系统的设计与绘制。设计主要内容包括：负荷计算、空调系统的选择、设备的选型、空调风系统和空调水系统的设计等。华康公司办公楼共四层，其中地上建筑三层，地下一层。该空调系统选用空气盘管加新风系统，其中冷热源布置在地下室，新风机组每层单独布置于吊顶空间内。详情可见设计图纸。

Air Conditioning System Design of the Office Building of HuakangCompany 

Abstract:This article describes the design of the air conditioning system for the office building of Shanghai Huakang Company. The main purpose of the design is to meet the summer cooling and winter heating requirements of the office building in order to achieve the improvement of indoor air quality to meet the comfort requirements of office workers. Provides indoor staff with a healthy working environment. The software mainly used in this design includes Hongye Load Calculation 9.0, Hongye Equipment Design HVAC 12.0, T20 Tianzheng HVAC, etc. to design and draw the air conditioning system. The main contents of the design include: calculation of the load of the building, selection of the air conditioning system, selection of the equipment, design of the air conditioning system and the water system. Huakang’s office building consists of four floors, including three floors above ground and one basement floor. The air-conditioning system uses an air coil and a fresh air system, in which the cold and heat sources are arranged in the basement, and each new air unit is separately arranged in the ceiling space.
