市政道路施工组织设计+文献综述
本文以G318遂宁市城区过境改线工程施工项目为例，并结合实际情况，对各分部分项工程的施工进行了详细的设计。运用进度控制的基本理论知识，从项目管理者的角度出发，对项目从开工准备到竣工验收全过程进行了系统的进度规划设计，使用横道图对进度计划进行分析，并根据实际情况提出了具体的保证进度计划实施的措施；质量和安全方面，制定了严格的技术、组织措施，针对施工项目中常见问题、重点问题进行了规划，建立相应的管理组织机构，以保证质量与安全计划得以很好的实现。

Abstract
Along with our country economy development and city to speed up the process, the city infrastructure construction scale is expanding constantly, the state has invested a lot of funds for municipal road construction, theconstruction of municipal engineering project management is more and more valued by people, the level of its management has become the first factor system about the survival and development of enterprises, quality, cost,schedule control is one of the most important management points.
This paper takes Suining city transit construction project of G318 line project as an example, combined with the actual situation, the construction of the sub part of the project are designed in detail. By using the basic th. By using the basic theory of progress control, from the perspective of project managers, project completion and acceptance of the whole process of the project planning and design system from the start, the use of the Gantt chart to analyze the schedule, and puts forward the concrete to ensure the progress of plans to implementmeasures according to the actual situation; quality and safety aspects, the establishment of technical,organizational measures, aiming at the common problems in construction projects, key problems in the planning,the establishment of appropriate management organization, in order to ensure the quality and safety programs to be good.
