2 工程概况
本工程为集餐饮、商务办公、休闲娱乐、住宿为一体的华伊宾馆，位于夏热冬冷的浙江省宁波市。该建筑共18层，其中1~3层面积各为3560㎡，5~18层面积各为1167㎡，总建筑面积为28185㎡。一层层高5.2米，设有商场、休息室、大堂信息中心、前台、堂吧；二层层高4.5米，设有中餐大厅、包间、咖啡厅、展廊、西餐厅、茶皇殿；三层层高4.5米，设有大会议室、贵宾休息室、大厅、小会议室、娱乐、健身。五至十八层层高3.6米，为客房。论文网

4 设计主要工作
本次设计主要根据宁波地区的气候特征，优先考虑夏季供冷需求设计。完成所在区域的空调系统负荷计算。根据房间负荷、房间功能，结合建筑平面图，经过系统方案论证比较，考虑到经济建设的各个方面，最后选择风机盘管加新风独立系统。然后进行末端设备的选型与布置。接着进行空调风系统、水系统设计，包括风管、水管管路布置、风口形式选择等。再进行风系统、水系统的水力计算以及通风防排烟设计。最后绘制设计图纸与撰写设计说明书。
5 空调风系统
经过对图纸的研究，基本的空调空调风系统的思路如下：本设计为酒店，主要用于住宿，且各房间面积小，所以能充分发挥风机盘管的特点，各房间能自动控制和调节室温，不影响其他房间的使用，减少运行费用，故选用风机盘管加独立新风的空调方式。一至三层每层设三个新风机组，分为左、中、右分区；五至十八层每层设两个新风机组，分为左、右分区。
6 空调水系统
本次工程空调水系统的设计采用两管制、闭式、一次泵定流量系统，各层水管异程布置，立管同程布置，该系统简单且施工方便。为保证负荷变化时系统能有效、可靠节能的运行，设置三台冷冻水泵，其中一台为备用水泵。冷冻水用焊接钢管，冷凝管采用镀锌钢管，管道保温前刷两道防锈底漆。
