摘要我毕业设计的课题是：4层砖混住宅楼，该建筑位于江苏省，抗震设防烈度为7度，场地类别为Ⅲ类；设计地震分组为第一组；常年基本风压为0.35 ，基本雪压取0.35 。

毕业设计的主要内容包括：建筑设计，结构设计。其中：结构设计内容包括楼盖屋盖板设计，承重墙设计，次梁、圈梁设计，楼梯设计，基础设计以及抗震验算。

   通过对该课题的设计，我熟悉了设计的全过程，掌握了结构设计计算的基本方法，顺利完成了本次毕业设计。同时，对这些年所学的专业知识和基本概念有了更深的理解，也提高了独立分析和解决问题的能力。50942

China  abstract

My graduation project topic is:Shanxi Dongshan thing trade company porous brick setting structure office building,this building is located south the Shanxi Provinice Taiyuan strong wind from afar zhe road,the earthquake resistance fortification intensity is eight degrees,the location category is Kind;The design earthquake groups for the first group;Year to year the basic wind pressure for 0.4KN/ ,the besic snow pressure take 0.35KN/ .

The graduation project primary coverage includes:Architectural design,structural design and costruction organization plan.In which:The structural design content mainly includes the ceiling room lap design,the bearing wall design,the secondary girder,Liang has designed, staircase design,foundation design as earthquake resistance calculation.

This design blueprint altogether nine,in which cinstruction chart two;Structure drawing five;Construction drawing two.

Through to this topic design,I has been familiar with the design entire process,has grasped the structural design computation essentao method,had completed this graduation project smoothly.At the same time,the specialized knowledge and the basic concept which studied to these years institute had a deeper understanding,also enhanced has analyzed and solves the question ability independently.
