    本文在对国内外项目进度管理研究状况和在建设单位对项目进度管理现状进行简要分析的基础上，针对目前工程项目进度控制存在的问题，结合南山养老院从多角度分析了工程进度的影响因素，并且对进度控制理论、原理、方法、途径等进行了阐述,采用了组织措施、技术措施、合同措施、经济措施和信息管理措施进行过程控制,结合现场各项具体措施保证进度计划的实施，以确保了建设单位进度目标的实现。
