Project Construction Cost Control
Abstract：The construction industry as one of the three pillar industries to promote national economic development, the extent, quality and way of its development are directly related to the country's economic development and people's lives. And China is affected by long-term planned economic, most of the construction projects are completed under cost overruns and extension of time. Therefore, how to complete the project construction in the stipulated time and meet the requirements in the target cost, or with the lowest cost is the important issue need to focus on of the current construction activities. This paper has introduced construction project cost control theory, analyzing the key link to control costs, combined with the characteristics of XinXin apartment project construction, exploring the factors of impacting the project construction cost of various stages, researching the techniques and methods of the construction cost control of various stages, implementing ideas of saving construction cost.
