高新园区公共服务设施配置研究
本论文通过阐述高新区和公共服务设施的概念以及特征，规划了高新技术园区的规划布局，然后从初级目标，中极目标和长远目标三方面作为切入口来剖析如何配置高新园区公共服务设施，提出相关意见，以求改善高新园区公共服务设施配置滞后的情况。

The research of High-tech Park public service facilities configuration
Abstract:Construction of high-tech parks in China is becoming more mature, entrepreneurship and industrial development environment, innovation system and the overall full-featured, strong ability of independent innovation and development, with a unique entrepreneurial culture, and basically complete the main task of the innovative construction phase, but there are still insufficient, the park's public service facilities is lagging behind, which dragged down the overall development of the park.The quality of the public service facilities, infrastructure is not complete, service facilities is not perfect, a series of problems on the development of the park.The park without auxiliary facilities support and support, directly led to the development of science and Technology Park, the imbalance is not sustainable.Or attach too much importance to scientific research and development, industrial transformation and the main function, thus ignoring the importance of public service facilities of the auxiliary function.
This paper elaborated the concept of high-tech zones and public service facilities and features,planning the layout of high-tech park.Then from the primary target, three aspects of goal and long-term goal as the entry point to analyze how to configure the hi-tech park public service facilities.Writer will give some comments in order to improve the hi-tech park public service facilities lag..
