论文本设计为大型变压器装配车间设计,综合考虑经济、工艺、施工等因素,进行合理的结构选型和建筑形式选择,最终采用钢排架结构,充分利用了钢结构跨度大、自重轻、制作简便、施工工期短等优点。设计严格遵照建筑设计规范和钢结构设计规范,进行合理的建筑设计和结构设计。设计内容主要包括建筑平立剖设计,屋盖系统布置,柱网布置及柱间支撑布置,吊车梁设计,框架柱设计。为简化结构设计计算,采用简化了的计算模型,即取一榀框架进行分析,满足安全及工程精度要求。同时也结合使用PKPM对框架进行内力分析并进行优化设计。9219

Title The Architecture and Structural Design of the Assembly Shop of the Transfermer Factory
Abstract
The design is about the large transformer assembly plant. Based on a comprehensive consideration of economic, technology, construction and other factors, the steel bent structure is chosen as a reasonable selection of structural and architectural form of the plant. The merits of steel structure,such as large span, light weight, simple processing , and short construction period are fully utilized. The architectural and structural design of he plant is in strict accordance with architectural specifications and steel structure specifications. The main content of the design work includes design of building plane, building elevation,building profile; layout of roof system , column and column bracing; crane girder design, frame column design and so on.To simplify the structural design calculation, a simplified calculation model is adopted,that is only one frame is chosen to be analyzed. The result meets the requirements of safety and engineering accuracy. And Combined with using PKPM to analyze the internal forces of framework and optimize the design,the design work is finally finished.
