Central air-conditioning control system design based on S7-200
Abstract:Central air conditioning has been widely used in major shopping malls, office buildings and other places, the traditional control system is more appropriate in controlling the temperature at the same time, but it consumes a lot of energy. Today, there is growing emphasis on the comfort of central air conditioning and energy efficiency, this paper focuses on the central air-conditioning refrigeration pump unit control system for a comfortable living and working environment and provide an effective energy-saving technical conditions.This article first introduces the central air-conditioning working principle and structure, summed up the shortcomings of traditional central air conditioning, namely frozen pumps, cooling pumps can not be self-adjusting load, long run at full capacity, resulting in a great waste of energy, with increasing frequency technology mature, the use of inverter, PLC, digital to analog conversion module, temperature sensors and other devices combine to constitute a closed-loop temperature control system, automatically adjust the pump output flow to save energy. The system uses Siemens S7-200PLC as the main control unit, using traditional PID control algorithm, Siemens MM440 inverter control pump operation speed, to ensure that the system be adjusted according to the actual load flow, thermostatically controlled, at the same time can save a lot of energy.
