摘 要近年来，我国经济蓬勃发展，人民消费水平及消费安全意识不断提高，对农产品数量以及质量提出了更高的要求。然而我国目前冷链物流发展还处于初级阶段，与发达国家存在较大差距。本文研究从农产品冷链物流企业出发，旨在构建一套科学、全面的农产品冷链物流体系，以探究企业当前绩效水平。86346

本文首先对国内外研究现状进行了分析阐述，然后介绍了与本文研究相关的理论基础。将层次分析法与模糊综合评价法结合使用作为本文对于企业绩效评价的方法选择。在此基础上，构建了农产品冷链物流企业绩效评价体系，包括：财务绩效指标、运营绩效指标、服务绩效指标、人力绩效指标。本文在充分理解所选指标含义的基础上对现实企业进行实证分析，在对指标进行量化的过程中选择了层次分析法，最后通过模糊数学运算得出企业目前的绩效。对绩效评价得到的结果进行分析研究，发现企业在管理方面目前存在一些弊端，对企业提出针对性建议。

Evaluation of Enterprise Performance Agriculture Products Cold Chain

Abstract In recent years,China's economy has developed rapidly, the people's consumption level and consumer safety awareness has been continuously improved,and the quality of agricultural products has put forward higher requirements。However,the development of cold chain logistics in China is still in the primary stage,and there is a big gap between the developed countries and the developed countries。 In this paper, we study from agricultural products cold chain logistics enterprise of aims to build a science,comprehensive agricultural products cold chain logistics system, to explore the current performance level of enterprises。

In this paper, the domestic and foreign research status at home and abroad are analyzed, and then the theoretical basis of this paper is introduced。The analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used as the method of the enterprise performance evaluation。On the basis of this,the performance evaluation system of agricultural products cold chain logistics enterprises is constructed,including:financial performance indicators,operational performance indicators,service performance indicators, human performance indicators。In this paper,in fully understand the selected on the basis of index meaning to the enterprise reality carries on the empirical analysis,in the process of quantitative indicators to choose the level analysis method,the fuzzy mathematical operation that the current performance of the enterprise。The results of performance evaluation are analyzed and found that there are some shortcomings in the management of the enterprise, and puts forward some suggestions for the enterprise。
