摘  要：研究表明，近几年我国钢铁市场发展情况已不如当年，钢铁行业产能过剩，市场经营状况低迷，这使很多贸易企业的经营陷入危机。再加之现在钢铁企业发展模式大都类似，导致企业的同质化竞争非常严重，所以很多钢贸企业不得不想办法让自己实现更大的突破，寻找新的竞争优势，让自己的企业转型升级。

本文首先对玖隆钢铁物流的的现状进行分析，同时根据公司经营情况进行了SWOT分析和PEST分析，找出目前玖隆物流存在的问题，并提出改正的建议。通过分析，我们也可以得出玖隆钢铁物流公司现阶段的发展优势，因此之后玖隆公司需要进一步明确自己的发展方向和改进措施，保持优势，改进劣势。通过分析目前我国钢铁供应链的需求可以知道如果玖隆公司想要更好的发展，就需要在服务模式的选择上要勇于创新，敢于改变。

Analysis of steel logistics supply chain service mode of Jiulong logistics company

Abstract：Research shows that the development of iron and steel market in recent years is less than that in China, the iron and steel industry overcapacity, the market downturn, which makes many trading enterprises run into crisis. In addition, now the development model of steel enterprises is similar, leading to the homogenization of enterprises is very serious competition, so many steel trading enterprises have to let themselves achieve greater breakthrough, find new competitive advantage, and let their enterprise transformation and upgrading.

This article first to Jiulong steel logistics present situation analysis, at the same time, according to the company's business situation has carried on the SWOT analysis and PEST analysis,find out the current problems of Jiuong logistics, and puts forward the solution.Through the analysis, we can also get Jiulong steel logistics company's current development advantage, therefore Jiulong company need to be further defined the direction of their development and the improvement measures to keep advantage and improve the disadvantage. By analyzing the requirements of China's iron and steel supply chain can know if Jiulong company wants to better development, it need on the choice of service mode innovation, dare to change.
