Abstract:In the current social environment, University Students' innovative undertaking plays an important role in the economic development. Local colleges and universities is closely related to the development of local enterprises, the development of the local economy has created the condition for the college students entrepreneurial ability cultivation. Economics and management majors relevant economic management professional knowledge, training in entrepreneurship has certain advantages. In this paper, through the form of questionnaire, investigate the status of entrepreneurial ability of Normal University undergraduates majored in economics and management, finds out the existing problems, and from the project and the community as the carrier, to strengthen entrepreneurship education faculty building and put forward pertinent strategies, help to improve the management of Local College students entrepreneurial ability.

地方高校经管类大学生创业能力培养策略
前言
在高等教育由精英教育迈向大众教育、大学生就业形势严峻的时代，为了满足当前经济发展要求而兴起的大学生创业，以其创业带动就业的优势而受到社会的广泛关注。地方高校在我国高等学校中居于主体地位，与地方企业发展息息相关,地方经济的发展为大学生创业能力的培养创造了条件。所以，大力开展地方高校的创业教育意义深远。经管类大学生在四年的专业学习与相关的实践活动中，锻炼出了相对于其他学科的大学生更为明显的创业优势。但是目前地方高校对于经管类大学生培养模式大多还停留在以往的学院培养模式中，创业教育相对缺失。经管类大学生的创业能力现状是什么？他们对于培养创业能力的态度是什么？地方高校该采取什么措施提高经管类大学生的创业能力？基于上述问题，本文拟以周口师范学院为例对地方高校经管类大学生的创业能力现状进行调查。通过对地方高校经管类大学生创业能力现状的问卷调查，对地方高校经管类大学生创业能力培养问题进行研究，从而提出提高地方高校经管类大学生创业能力的培养策略。
