摘 要:平衡计分卡是把公司的战略愿景进行分解,形成几个子目标,这些子目标就是公司部门的目标,再根据这些子目标进行细分,从而形成员工个人的目标。平衡计分卡把员工个人的奋斗目标和公司长远发展目标相统一,为企业的战略管理提供了强有力的支持。平衡计分卡也是企业上下级之间进行沟通的一种有效工具,对企业的绩效管理有着非常重要的作用。本文对平衡计分卡理论和相关绩效考核理论进行了简单介绍,通过对TGT公司的现有的绩效考核体系进行分析找出问题,为TGT公司设计新的考核指标,形成一套完善的绩效考核体系。22560 毕业论文关键词:平衡计分;绩效考核;人力资源
Application of Balanced Scorecard in the performance management of human resources taking TGT company as an example
Abstract:The balanced scorecard is the strategic vision of decomposition, the formation of several sub goals, these goals is the company goal, and then subpided according to these sub goals, thus formed the goals of inpidual employees .The Balanced Scorecard to unify the goal of employees and the company's long-term development objectives, provides a strong support for the strategic management of enterprises. An effective tool to communicate the Balanced Scorecard enterprise is also between the upper and lower levels, plays a very important role in the enterprise performance management. In this paper, the Balanced Scorecard theory and related performance appraisal theory are introduced, analyzed and find out the problem through the TGT company's existing performance appraisal system, new criteria is designed for TGT company and formed a perfect performance appraisal system.
