摘要:作为中国国民经济支柱的国有企业要提升自己的核心竞争力,实现可持续发展,必须重视和解决国有企业在对员工进行培训时所面临的诸多问题,不断深入探讨和研究现代国有企业员工培训的有效途径和对策,这对国有企业培训制度建设具有重要指导作用和现实意义。同时,由于培训方面工作在我国起步较晚,导致部分管理者对于培训缺乏正确的价值理念和指导思想,培训体系不完善。因此,应在企业内部形成良好的培训心态及观念,并设置培训部门,合理设计培训内容,培训方式多样化等方式,完善培训体系,健全培训制度。23896 毕业论文关键词:国有企业;员工培训;完善培训体系
Research on the misunderstanding and countermeasures of staff training in China's state-owned enterprises
Abstract: State-owned enterprises,as the pillar of China's national economy,to enhance their core competitiveness and realize sustainable development, must pay attention to and solve many problems they are facing when training employees, continuously exploring and studying the effective ways and measures for modern state-owned enterprises to train staffs has an important guiding role and practical significance on the state-owned enterprise training system construction. Meanwhile, the training work started late in China, thus making some managers lack correct value idea and guiding ideology for training, and the training system is imperfect.Therefore, the staffs of inner-enterprises should form a good training mentality and ideas, the enterprises should set up training departments, design rational training contents, and persify the training mode to perfect training system and improve the training system.
