LYYL Corporation is a private enterprise, in the management of human resources are the strategic human resource system is not perfect, the recruitment system is not standard, lack of targeted training, performance appraisal mechanism lag problems restricting the development of the company. Therefore, in order to improve the company's human resources management level, we should build a strategic human resource management system, standardize recruitment system, training staff to establish the perfect mechanism, the information of human resources management and other measures, so as to effectively improve the company's human resources management, so that enterprises in the fierce market competition to win.
