The study from the perspective of social work on the land-lost farmers during urbanization process
---Take Zhengdong new district as an example
Abstract: Problems of land-lost farmers is a hot spot of attention by people for years.In the process of urbanization of Zhengdong new district of Zhengzhou , there exist all kinds of defects on rights and interests protection of land-lost farmers, such as the imperfect land compensation system,the imperfect social security system for land-lost farmers, employment difficulty, children's education problems.The main reasons for these problems is as follows ：defects of the land system, the corresponding social security mechanism is imperfect, the corresponding employment and education policy mechanism is imperfect .To radically protect land-lost farmers' rights and interests , the government should promote the improvement of the marketization of land system, improve the social security system for land-lost farmers, and establish corresponding employment and children's education security mechanism, etc, let the land-lost farmers get deserved interests in the process of urbanization, and protect their interests from being harmed.The land-lost farmers in Zhengdong new district of Zhengzhou is the research object of this article. Through the following research methods,such as literature collection, sorting, case studies,and field investigation. I analyze these land-lost farmers' rights and interests protection from the perspective of social work.Through the introduction of professional social work mechanism ,in this article,a new thought of solution from the perspective of social work is given on the land-lost farmers rights and interests protection.
