摘要:近年来,随着我国高等教育大众化的推进和高等教育体制改革的深化,高校毕业生逐年增加,大学生就业已成为高校和社会关注的焦点。校园招聘会是大学毕业生就业的主要渠道,越来越多的企业都会开展一年一度的校园招聘活动,直接从高校获取人才。但是在校园招聘的实践中常常会遇到这样那样的问题。本文通过探究校园招聘的现状,提炼了几个典型的校园招聘的问题,如大学生自身的问题,用人单位的问题,高校方面的问题,并提出与之相对应的对策,以增强企业招聘竞争力,引导企业在众多的应届毕业生中找到适合自己的员工,从而提高校园招聘会的效率,充分实现大学生的就业,构建和谐稳定的社会。24672 毕业论文关键词:大学生;招聘会;就业
Contemporary Colleges Students Recruitment Problems and Countermeasures Research
Abstract: With the advancement of popularization of higher education in China and the deepening of higher education system reform in recent year, college graduates increase year by year, college students employment has become the focus of the society and the universities. Campus recruitment is the main channel of university graduates employment, more and more companies will conduct the annual campus recruitment activities, obtain talents directly from the colleges and universities. But in the practice of campus recruitment often encounter problems. Extracted in this paper, through studying the present situation of campus recruitment, several typical campus recruitment problems, such as the problem of college students themselves, the problem of unit of choose and employ persons, the problems in colleges and universities, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to strengthen the competitive power for enterprise recruitment, so as to improve the efficiency of the campus recruitment, fully implement the employment of college students, building a harmonious and stable society.
