摘要:近年来,私营企业发展迅猛,占国民经济的份额不断扩大,在这样的大背景下如何加强私营企业员工培训,提高私营企业员工的技能和素质以增强企业的实力,使企业在激烈的国际市场竞争中立于不败之地,有效地实现企业的可持续发展已成为备受关注的话题。目前我国私营企业员工培训普遍存在培训需求覆盖面不足,培训目标确定缺乏战略引导,培训计划制定与实际工作脱节等问题。针对以上问题主要采取注重培训需求分析,对企业内外部环境分析确定培训目标等来提高培训的效率和效果,从而提高企业的核心竞争力,最终实现企业与员工“双赢”。24829 毕业论文关键词:私营企业;员工培训;培训评估
Studies on Problems and Countermeasures in the Training of Employees in Private Enterprises
Abstract: In recent years,the rapid development of the private enterprise, the GDP share continue to grow, how to strengthen enterprise staff training in this context, the staff of private enterprise's skill and quality in order to enhance the strength of enterprises, make enterprises remain invincible in the the fierce competition in the international market,realize the sustainable development of enterprises has become a topic of concern. The staff training of private enterprises lack coverage of training demand,training objectives to determine the lack of strategic guidance, training plan and practical work and other issues. In view of the above problems mainly take the focus on training needs analysis, analysis of the internal and external environment so as to determine the training objectives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of training, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, the enterprisesand employees to achieve "win-win".
