大学生职业生涯规划研究+文献综述
“方向重于努力”，这是我比较认同的一句话。
而大学生的方向是什么？答案很明显，是做好一份合理有效的符合自身兴趣、性格与爱好的职业生涯规划。我的这篇论文，以身边的大学生为例，并结合笔者成长至今的所见所闻所思所想，加上这段时间的资料检索来论证职业生涯规划的重要性（不单单是大学生），举例并总结身边大学生的职业生涯规划情况（归纳法）以及怎样做好职业生涯规划并且付诸实践（包括个人与组织之间的关系），该论文，是讨论，并不是严格的只论证什么观点，愿与读者共勉!5065

A Discussion about Career Planning ---- Just Based on the College Students Around
Abstract： There is no more space for more people but for the ones who make themselves gifted in 21st century. As the college students is one of the very vital human resources in the future, the topics on which how they make themselves more shinning than the others, how each one find a stage that fits for him or her, and how they creat more value for the whole society while they are able to stand on their feet have already become more and more important .
“Direction is more useful than efforts”, I can’t agree with this saying more.
So what’s the direction of college students? Obviously, the answer is to make an effective and reasonable career plan which combines one’s interest, characters and loves. This paper written by myself takes examples of the college students around and also contains the thoughts that came in my head and the things I have met till now, the work on seeking materials to deal with the importance of career planning this period(not only according to college students), some examples and a summary of the situation of the college students around（induction），and how to make a good career planning and give it a go(the relationship between inpiduals and organizations included).
It is a discussion, not rather than one piece that seriously prove any view.

1. 绪论
人类区别于动物的特性在于主观能动性，这在于对客观世界的影响，也就是说：人类是唯一需要靠自己的思考来决定自身生存与生活方式的物种（相对于当今的对地球物种的认知知识系统）。我们参考身边的同类，但是没有自己的思考，不知道如何做自己，也找不到自己的定位，是不会获得发自内心的快乐和成就感的。
所以，对于人类来说，独立思考显得尤为重要。这直接决定了一个个体的毕生成就和作为，这种能力和习惯从小就应该开始培养，无论是被迫的还是主动的，关于这方面的努力都不能松懈。
