摘  要:残疾人是社会的重要组成部分,是不可忽视的特殊弱势群体。目前残疾人旅游市场的开发虽有涉及,但仍在各方面存在许多问题,本文从残疾人旅游市场发展制约因素及其开发策略角度出发,通过调研分析,发现制约残疾人旅游市场开发因素大致可分为内部因素和外部因素,主要原因包括:残疾人身体、心理及经济的制约;社会对市场的关注度不高;单一旅游产品的制约;无障碍设施设备不完善和缺乏残疾人旅游的宣传。针对以上问题,本文对此提出相应市场开发策略,如规范残疾人旅游相关法律法规;细分市场制定不同的旅游产品;完善和规范无障碍设施设备;加大宣传力度等,以促进残疾人旅游市场的进一步开发。

Research on restrictive factors and countermeasures of tourism market development for The Disabled 

Abstract:The Disabled is a special and vulnerable group which can not be neglected in society and an important part of society.At present, although the development of the tourism market of the disabled is involved, but there are still many problems in various aspects, this article Focuses on the Handicapped tourism market development constraints and development strategies, through investigation and analysis, the study found that restricting the development of tourism market for disabled people can be pided into internal and external factors. The main reasons include: the physical, psychological and economic constraints of the handicapped;Social attention to the market is not enough;The restriction of single tourism product;Accessibility facilities are imperfect and lack of awareness of travel by persons with disabilities.In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding market development strategy: such as standardizing the relevant laws and regulations of the disabled tourism;Subpide the market to develop different tourism products;Perfect and standardize the equipment of barrier-free facilities;Increase publicity and so on to promote the further development of the disabled tourism market.
