[摘 要]我国旅游业行业人才需求量急剧增加,但是旅游管理专业的就业率持续走低,背后反映出的是旅游管理专业认同度不高的问题。本文运用李克特五点量表法和方差分析研究吹冰个方面在旅游管理学生专业认同的状况,最终发现以下几大特点:旅游管理本科生总体专业认同度不高,各个文度上的得分也仅处于中等水平;男女性别在前景认同方面存在显著差异,且男生得分均高于女生;不同年级的大学生在旅游管理专业认同上存在显著差异,本文结合研究内容提出一些改善旅游管理专业认同度的建议。27210

Research on Tourism Management Professional Identity of Undergraduate
——example of Jiangsu Normal University and Huaiyin Normal University
Abstract: A sharp increase in the demand for our tourism industry professionals. But the past few years tourism management professional employment rate has been low, reflecting behind tourism management major is not high degree of recognition. In this paper, it uses a five-point scale and variance analysis of six in tourism management students' professional identity status and overall situation, eventually found the overall tourism management undergraduate professional identity is not high and the score on each dimension is only at the middle level; Gender identity exists in terms of the prospects for a significant difference, and the boys scored higher than girls; different grades of college students there are significant differences in the tourism management professional identity, freshman and senior students scored higher than the sophomore and junior, freshman scored higher than seniors score, etc. in this paper, research some suggestions to improve tourism management degree professional identity.
